About Me
Born and brought up in the small town of Uttarpara amidst traditional Bengali surroundings, Durga Puja, Doler Mela and Book Fair have been an integral part of my childhood memories. Relationships are my priority, and family being my greatest asset, I have learnt to admire the qualities of sharing and caring. Varieties like childhood Shuktara, Anandamela and Feluda to contemporary Dan Brown serve the platter of my reading appetite. Personalities woven with simplicity, confidence and determination are my kind. I relish anything with a King Khan and SRT label. An avid food lover, I love exploring new dishes from different parts of the world. A rainbow of varieties in soccer, cricket, movies, music, quizzing, nature photography and driving fast cars shape my craze. At present, I work with Infosys as a Technology Lead and I owe this to my college PESIT, Bangalore from where I bagged my B.E. in Electronics & Communication. I believe in this journey called life, let experience be the milestone and painting happiness for my dear ones be my wish fulfilment.
My Dad
A self-made man in the truest sense of the term, I am yet to find a topic that he does not know at least something about. Although the warmth of his feelings are often hidden behind his introvert nature, he can bring the house down with his sense of humour when in the mood. You are not just an inspiration Bapuji, you are my role model.
My Mom
Love, care and warmth personified, she has been my friend, guide and confidante, and the single biggest influence in shaping me. She's extremely caring about her near and dear ones to the extent of being possessive. Do I also need to mention the fact that she happens to be the best cook the world has ever seen?
My Bro'
Naughty and mature, stubborn and understanding, humorous and determined, such are the opposites this li'l bro' of mine is made of. An absolute darling of a brother, just don't try to mess with him when he is asleep. He is absolutely crazy about fish in any form, and can go any distance (literally) for a stomach-full of it. Luv u bro' - you are simply the best!!!
