We are going with a fall Western theme. Please feel free to wear your boots, jeans, bandanas and stetsons if you got them! We will be having 2 Margaraitors; one for daquaris and the other for margaritas! BBQ is on the menu!

We have rented the Big TImber Lodge from Sugar Maple Cabins. It is supposed to be in the Wears Vally area. It is an 8 bedroom cabin that sleeps 32. As of now, we are planning to do a BBQ dinner, but that could change. Kids are more than welcome. There are a lot of kid-firendly things to do in Gatlinburg. Any ideas or suggestions?

The mgt. company does not want to give us directions on how to get to the actual cabin just yet. We are working on it, but they seem to want everyone to stop by the main office on the way up there. Hopefully we will be able to get them to give up their secrets ahead of time, but if not, my cell phone number will be on the invitations (which will hopefully be going out this weekend!) so you can call and get the GPS co-ordinates or address. Failing that, just swing by their office and they should be able to direct you there. Sorry for the hangup!

The cabin is located in Wears Valley which is really close to all the action in Gatlinburg. It is also located near an entrance to the Great Smokeys, so those of you who wish to commune with nature may do so. I think there are pools and a salon and day spa at the resort.

We have the Big Timber Lodge from Sugar Maple Cabins. It is 8 bedrooms with a king bed in each room. There is also a set of queen bunk beds, 3 queen sleepers, a full sleeper and 2 futons. We are going to try to accomodate everyone according to their needs. The 8 bedroom was the largest one that we could get at that time of year. I have found out that this cabin is in the Wears Valley communtiy in Pigeon Forge. We will also be able to put up a list of nearby hotels for those who want more privacy.

Hello!!! We have finally made some concrete plans for our anniversary. We have rented an 8 bedroom cabin in Wears Valley for September 25th and 26th. The party will be on the 26th. We are looking forward to seeing everyone there!Hello Everyone,

I met Chris while standing in line at StudyMaster book store the frist day I was at APSU. He was working there and I went in with my roommate. He asked for my phone number and if we wanted to go to a Kappa Sigma party that night. We said yes and the rest is history.

Since we are not having a wedding, I will give you the short version. I was borned and raised in Morristown, TN with 3 brothers. I graduated from East High School in 1999 and received both my AS and AA from Walters State Community College. I went on to Austin Peay, where I met Chris, and earned my BA in Public Relations. I am currently working as a bookkeeper in a small school in middle TN. I do want to go back to earn my Masters in teaching. We live in Columbia with our beagle (child) Shiloh.
