Accommodation
There is accommodation on-site in the houses which is in the style of king single ensemble beds. Linen is provided. Cost per person is approx $40 per night. If you are able to bring your own linen (sheets, p/case, towel) then this will dramatically save you money! Almost free in fact. But I am sure you will agree that this is still really economical!
In each house there is kitchen facilities, a couple of bathrooms, a deck and a conference/function room.
If you are interested in staying on-site in this accommodation please let us know directly. DO NOT call The Outlook. Payments are to be made to us as they send us an invoice after the event. We can give our paypal details to anyone who wants to pay in advance otherwise we will have someone collecting money at the venue.
I have reserved 30 beds (2 houses).
For other accommodation we urge everyone to book early!! Accommodation could be limited in town should another function be on at the same time as ours.

The Boonah Valley Motel
There are 14 motel rooms ($120 double) at this motel. They will not allow me to exclusively reserve these rooms for our guests unless we put down a $500 deposit - which we will lose if all rooms are not booked.
As we are not sure what style of accommodation everyone will want we have decided not to risk losing our $$! So I recommend if you want to stay at this motel to ring up asap and book.

I have reserved 8 motel rooms for our guests the Boonah Motel. This motel looks clean, not as flash or modern as the one above but they're trying! And they are cheaper! The cost per double is $92.

These modern fully-furnished three-bedroom apartments feature two bathrooms, laundry and cooking facilities. They are air-conditioned, have Broadband Internet, private garden courtyards and a lock-up garage.
Pricing is based on a one-bedroom unit. Price for one bedroom (ie 2 people) is $120/night, two-bedroom unit is $150/night and for 3-bed unit is $180/night. Two bed unit sleeps four people, three bed sleeps six people.
These apartments have a minimum 2 night stay but can be economical if you wish to share with another couple or two.
