We will be headed to the Hilton Torrey Pines Lounge & Bar for the post-party, from 9PM to whenever they close . . . It will provide a nice, big area for us to relax, have a few drinks, and unwind. The pool has a fire pit and is open to 11AM, so we can definitely take advantage of it, since it is right next to the bar. The hotel is located at Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines, 10950 North Torrey Pines Road, La Jolla, CA (858) 558-1500.

We are organizing a dinner/drinks for all of the friends and family who are coming into San Diego on Friday, starts at 7PM at the Blind Lady Ale House and then we'll be heading to 30th Street going around a couple of drinking joints there. Give us a call if you are coming out a bit late and you're meeting us at the next bar. This will be a great chance to catch up with old friends and meet some new people. Parking: Valet service will be provided.

Hotel Shuttle to Wedding: A shuttle will be leaving from the Torrey Pines Hilton promptly at 4:00 PM to provide transportation to our wedding. Space is limited to 25 guests, so please take advantage of this service if you think you will be drinking at the wedding. The same shuttle will return, leaving the Darlington House at 8:40 PM.

Dress Code: Semi-Formal; jackets for men (tie is optional). In the evening the weather will be in the low 70's and high 60's. Ladies may want to bring a light coat.

Local Restaurants

La Jolla and Del Mar are nearby the hotel, and have great shops and restaurants to visit. Del Mar offers a very beach-town feeling, with lots of local shops, while La Jolla has a bit more energy; both are excellent areas to eat, shop, and visit.
