Jessica and Kevin

We have co-maids-of-honor.  We probably need a better name for that.  Thank you, guys!

Jacqui Culler (though preferably Jac) is the one, and the only sibling of Jessica.  She is proudly from Oklahoma, but is currently living in Los Angeles and going to The Los Angeles Film School in Hollywood, which is technically also Los Angeles.  She is interested in writing, directing, and art direction, as well as videos of baby hippopotami on the YouTube (you should look it up, it's adorable).  She likes pirates, too (not the terrorist-type ones though), and pandas and California in general (minus the middle part and if you live there, you would probably be happier if you moved to outside of California).  She is one of the co-maids-of-honor and enjoys having this title, though she does not enjoy labels--a warning in advance.  Jacqui (Jac) will also oversee the making-of video for the ceremony.

Melissa Battler  is from Canada, and Jessica loves it when she says “eh” (which she does frequently). Melissa and Jessica first met five years ago when they were roommates during Astrobiology Academy at NASA Ames. Melissa currently lives in London, Ontario where she is working on her PhD and trying her best to copy the charming best-man Sanjoy Som (who, as noted below, shares the same birthday, degree, and research topic!). It has been said that Melissa was instrumental in being a communications go-between in the first months of Jessica and Kevin knowing each other. She was also there when they met. Both times. In addition, she loves travelling with them, and spreading the love of space exploration, all around the world!

We have co-best men, too.  :-)

Here they are:

Jeff Stube had a calm and uneventful life for nearly three years before being blessed with a younger brother, Kevin. Though they have grown older together, they have not completely out grown their similar interests in the pop culture that they shared while "growing up". They have had their share of battles with each other, both real and imaginary. Despite it all, they have been there for each other in both the good and bad times, and Jeff is looking forward to the great times ahead with Kevin and future sister-in-law, Jessica. When Jeff is not spending time with his wonderful wife and two beautiful daughters, he builds scenery for UC Irvine's theater program.

Sanjoy Som landed in the US ten years ago, and five years into a very peaceful stay, he met Kevin... It was all down hill from there. Sanjoy kept running into Kevin, whether in Seattle, San Jose, Mountain View, Fukuoka, Hyderabad, Glasgow... Luckily for Sanjoy, Kevin met Jessica. Kevin was temporarily subdued. When not escaping from The (Bier)Stube, Sanjoy can be found in Seattle where he tries his best to copy the beautiful maid-of-honor Melissa Battler. Indeed, he has now the same birthday as her, the same major at University, pursuing the same degree, and has the same inexplicable fascination for space exploration. Sanjoy looks forward to walking Kevin's Mom down the aisle.

Lauren is our beautiful flower girl.  She's Kevin's niece and goddaughter and is four years old.
