Bienvenue!!!

We thought we would put this together to give everyone an idea of what to expect for the weekend.  Please browse by clicking the links to the left.  If you have trouble with this, then you're probably from Laura's side of the family, and you're welcome to call her for instructions.

Calendar of Events

Friday

Wedding party will be having a barbeque on Friday night.  Guests are encouraged to join in on the party afterwards.  Perhaps the locals would like to help coordinate a get together and have a potluck of some kind.

Saturday

We invite you to explore Galiano Island. A favorite is the littoral walk at Montague Harbour, or, for something a little more challenging, you're sure to be blown away by the views from Bodega Ridge Park. There are also kayaks and motor scooters for rent from Montague Harbor. Just be sure to make it back in time for the ceremony!

The ceremony will start at 3pm at Bodega Ridge.

There will be a bride versus groom ultimate frisbee game at some point - so far we're torn between after the wedding, Friday night or Sunday morning.  In any case, bring your "A" game.  Capture-the-flag may or may not occur as well depending on interest level, and how badly the groom's team lost by.

Dinner will begin at 6pm. Dancing will carry on into the evening.  

Sunday

We'll have breakfast together at 9am at Bodega Ridge.

Then people are encouraged to do more exploring. There's no better way to take in this scenic coastline than from a kayak. Everyone is encouraged sign up for the kayak tour on Sunday. Single and double kayaks are available for rent from Galiano Kayaks. We'll ask them to set aside their fleet for our party.
