About Us

Matt: 

Matt is currently going to Medical School at the University of North Dakota.  He is just finishing his 3rd year in Fargo, ND working at the hospitals and will be starting his last year at UND in July 2010 in Bismarck, ND (also working in the hospitals).  He will graduate from Medical School May 15, 2011, and will be pursuing a career in Emergency Medicine.  He will then began a 3 year Emergency Medicine Residency, in one of three cities we are both currently interested in. He went to Minot State for undergrad and received his B.S. in Computer Science and a minor in Mathematics.

Matt loves music and plays guitar and used to play sax pretty well too. He works too hard, but it pays off because he's accomplished so much in his life.  But in his free time he loves to get out with friends to movies, dinner, games, you name it. His other big passion is flying since he received his Pilot's license quite a few years ago.  And more currently, he's received his Ham radio license, KD0IEF, in June 2009.


Emily:

Emily is currently working full time as the Mens Department Lead at Gordmans Department store in Fargo, ND. She graduated from North Dakota State University in May 2009 and recieved her B.S. in Retail Merchandising, with a minor in both Interior Design and Business.

Emily is excited for all the new turns her life has given her.  Meeting and falling in love with Matt, and joining him as he pursues his passion of being a doctor.  She loves her town, but is ready to experience life outside of Fargo.  In her free time, she loves to listen to music (all types) as well as play some bass guitar and piano.  She also loves being creative.  She loves scrapbooking, decorating, and has written three novels that she had put into hardcover form. She also loves talking and hanging out with friends, whether its sitting around the apartment having a drink or going to a movie.
