Matt and Andrea

Andrea was born June 25th in Prince George, B.C. She had the privilege of growing up in a loving Christian home with two younger sisters. Andrea was saved at the age of 4, with her mother by her side. 

After graduating from the University of Northern British Columbia, Andrea decided to spend some time in Mexico. After a few months, she was convinced that she wanted to spend the rest of her life as a missionary. She is now completing her teaching degree at Simon Fraser University, and hopes to teach abroad. 

The Lord has continued to bless her life, and she looks forward to spending the rest of it with Matt! 

Matthew was born February 13th, 1981 in Kelowna, B.C., but spent most of his years growing up in Burnaby, B.C.  It was as an 11 year-old camper at Daybreak Point Bible camp that Matt came to know Jesus Christ as his Saviour.  Since then God has been at the centre of Matt's life, as he seeks to live his life in relation and service to the One who saved him.

After graduating from Burnaby Central High School, Matt moved up to Westbank where he spent 3 years working in his grandparents sawmill and completing his flight training to become a commercial pilot.  After working as a flight instructor in Vancouver, Matt returned to school and pursued a degree in forestry from UBC.  Upon completion of his degree, Matt moved up to Prince George after taking a job with Canadian Forest Products.  It was while in Prince George that Matt got to know a beautiful young woman at church...
