70 and Sunny San Diego!

So for anyone who is coming in from out of town, Sacramento or Chicago, I wanted to add this section to give some ideas of where to stay. The wedding and reception are in North County, so anywhere from Encinitas to Carlsbad is a great place to stay, OR if you want to be closer to the hustle and bustle of San Diego, I suggest, downtown or somewhere near the beaches (Pacific Beach, La Jolla, Mission Bay). Legoland is in North County near Palomar Aiport Rd. I will be staying in Carlsbad being a busy bee starting on the Friday before the wedding. Below I've listed some of my favorite places to stay, both in north county and more south. I HIGHLY suggest using Priceline.com if you are going to book a hotel stay. San Diego Hotels are extremely overpriced and you kind find an awesome deal by using Priceline, though the first hotel is a great deal and a very nice hotel. The Tamarack Resort is within walking distance of the reception.
