Our Wedding

We went up north to celebrate the holidays with Ryan's family around Christmas time.  On one of the days Ryan and I took the train into Manhattan.  He took me to the top of the Empire State Buildng.  I didn't know at the time why Ryan was acting very nervous. (Ryan is a talker, but he talked and talked the whole time!)
When we got to the observatory on the 86th floor, we looked around and walked... Ryan told me to look through one of the binoculars, really concentrating through it- I was looking for the statue of liberty, when I heard... Silence....
I know!!!  Silence! in NYC?? No way!  Well, when I turned around I saw Ryan on one knee, black box open, staring up at me, proposing!!!! And I FROZE!!  I was the happiest girl in the city!!!  I said "Yes!" and the crowd that was watching started to cheer and clap! Even the people inside were clapping and banging on the windows!!  I will never look at NYC the same!!
