If you are coming from out of town, you might want to consider these places to stay:

This special rate also applies to the night before the wedding.

(The local premiere lodge does not include breakfast and will require a taxi ride so will actually work out the same price for a lesser hotel.)

Here are some things you really must do while you are in the area:

Visit Cambridge for the day, go shopping and see the collages.

St Ives is a lovely town to visit with tea rooms by the river and an abundance of restaurants. There is something to suite everyone if you are staying the night before the wedding and wanted to eat out.

For those of you that have not been to visit, you are very welcome to come to our house and you can meet the chickens!!!

If you would like to spoil yourself and have your hair done the day before or the morning of the wedding you could book (in advanced) with Kevin's salon Lucid 01480 386212.

There are a few beauty salons in Buckden including equilibrium offering a range of treatments, and the forge nail bar located next to the hotel. Again you could book in advance for any treatments for the day before he wedding.
