We will be getting married at our local parish church (which happens to be on our street)

The church is Somersham, John the Baptist.

The music/drinking will end at 11pm as its a Sunday.

We have exclusive use of the hotel and there are 12 rooms available for guests, each one is named after a famous George e.g George best. The rooms are at a discounted rate of £100 including breakfast. If you stay at the hotel you will be able to take advantage of extended bar times after 11pm.

The lower wedding room rate also applies to the night before if you would rather come on the saturday and make a weekend of it.

Rooms are bookable through us, we will be reserving some for family so let us know asap if you want one so we can put your name on the list otherwise it will be first come first served on the remaining rooms.

Although details may change this is the planned order of service.

We would recommend that you have a light lunch before the ceremony as we will be eating late afternoon.

1.30pm Wedding ceremony starts

2.15 Photos taken followed by travel to the george hotel

3.15 Drinks/mingling and photo's in the reception venue

4.15 Move into the reception room for the wedding breakfast and speaches

7.00 Evening guests arrive followed by the dreaded first dance! (no laughing)

21.00 Evening nibbles

23.00 End of a fantastic evening
