Our Wedding Website

We had a Destination Wedding in Las Vegas at the Top of the Stratosphere two weeks prior to our Reception. (For Details and pictures of our Wedding, our Las Vegas Strip Tour, and our incredible Vegas Vacation-see previous posts).

We were thrilled with the turnout of friends and family for our Reception-we had the best time with everyone! We really didn't think we knew that many people...it's funny how many people you know when you sit down to invite all your close friends and family to a Reception how fast the list grows!!! (that's a good thing by the way)

As for the slide show-Denny & Sue Jessick (see Vendors page) took our posed pictures in Cheboygan, Michigan right before the Reception. Our hotel was right on the River-couldn't ask for a better setting...so we took them right there =)

For our first dance-Jake and I took dance lessons for a couple weeks prior to leaving for Las Vegas in hopes that we would look more polished dancing since we had to dance in front of EVERYONE, we danced to "The Way You Look Tonight" by Tony Bennett =D

My dad and I danced to "Daddy's Little Girl" by Al Martino and Jake and his mom danced to Johnny Cash's version of "In My Life". 

The decorations were red, black, and white with a slight Vegas theme-lots of LIGHTS...We spent a small fortune on icicle lights, fabric, candles, mirrors, personalized chocolate poker chips, etc..but the finished product looked just how we hoped it would so it was worth it! =D
