Where did you ladies register (if you have yet)?
We're thinking either Pottery Barn or Bed, Bath & Beyond (or both) but I wanted to see what other people are doing!

For anyone undecided, I would highly recommend doing a gift registry through the I Do Foundation, which partners with stores like Target, Amazon.com, Kmart, Gaiam, Mikasa, Sears, Traveler's Joy Honeymoon Registry, WeddingChannel.com, and , REI. You can choose more than one store.
For more info, please visit:
http://www.idofoundation.org/cgi-bin/modifystores.cgi?OccasionID=36728
From the I Do Foundation's FAQ page:
"Every time [guests] make a gift purchase, a donation is raised for [the engaged] couple's selected charitable organization. Listed stores have agreed to pay a percentage of all gift purchases referred through our site, which allows [The I Do Foundation] to donate a portion of the spending at your wedding to charity. This donation is made at ABSOLUTELY NO ADDITIONAL COST TO [WEDDING GUESTS OR THE BRIDE OR GROOM]."
In short, if you are going to do a gift registry anyway, why not raise a percentage for charity, too?
I hope what I wrote was helpful and makes sense! Please let me know if you have any questions!

We already have our own place, so we do not need a lot of housewares. To keep the hubby to be happy we registered at Sears (for tools), Macy's, & Target. I've heard a lot of complaints about Target, though. :(
