Dollar Dance For Charity

Just to let our guests know, we WILL be doing a dollar dance at our reception to raise money for a local organization, so please bring your dollar bills!

Ceremony & Reception

Our ceremony & reception is set for October 11, 2008!

***If you are reading this, invitations are to follow...feel free to RSVP via this website, but a postage-free RSVP will be included in your invitation. Please send those as your "official" response.

If you don't get an invitation by mid-August and you would like to attend, please feel free to email me your address.***


Our ceremony will take place at:


Lake Storey Pavillion

1572 Mechan Drive

Galesburg, Illinois


The ceremony will begin at 3:00p.m. Following the ceremony, there will be a reception, including a buffet syle dinner and dancing.


Attire is formal to dress casual.


Alcohol is prohibited at Lake Storey Pavillion!!!


Due to this, following our reception we are inviting our guests to join us back at the Best Western Prairie Inn at the wedding suite for an informal party. Alcohol will be provided.

Accomodations

For those of you coming from out of town, we have booked a block of rooms at the:

These rooms are first come first serve and MUST be reserved by September 11, 2008. Mention our names (Cox-Lee) when making your reservations for the discounted rate. The hotel is conviently located off of I74 (exit 48B). We will be staying there in a wedding suite on both October 10th and 11th...please feel free to stop in and say hello when you get into town!

They only had 16 available!!!

10 are standard rooms priced at $83

6 are courtyard rooms priced at $98 (some of these allow pets)

We booked these rooms to make it easier on people wanting to attend the after-party in our suite. If you plan on attending, book your room immediately! We suggest talking to others who are going to the ceremony...please double up on rooms if possible!!! This will help us get all our out-of-towners in the hotel and will help you with expenses too.
