the KorNie wedding

The VTS Team. this group is special. I was doing coding something, or perhaps surfing something, when this lady was introduced by Gly to the team. She was laughing the whole time. I was like, "sabaan aning bayhana oi", but then getting close to her seems inevitable. Yes, we did get close (txt2x pa gani), but i think that was just not the right time. So we continued to be friends...

Enter 2 years after...

I heard she was planning to resign. Suddenly, i felt something. I was afraid she would leave, not because she's a key person of the team, but because i realized I was just taking her presence for granted. I felt her importance to me. I somehow said to myself, "kung wla si nanie mag unsa nlng ko". Nanie, being ever cheerful and generous, was making me and others get through the day with a handful of laughters and heartwarming moments. Being a torpe guy, it took a while. But eventually, I had the courage to tell her how i felt. Fast forward 2 years, and we're getting married!

working as a software engineer @ nec, my first project group was vts. for Very Talented and Sexy, or sometimes virtual target solution.

korn that time was:

- the guy who likes pink, coz no one likes it daw

- has the dirty purple pillow which keeps on falling on the floor

- super naning sa gym, pa macho, keeps on talking about protein & stuff

- dali makilig

- dali sip-onon, with the towelette all the time

around 2007, i kinda planned on resigning, not sure whether to transfer to another it company, or to change career, and be a flight stewardess. i already actually had my picture taken for that :D but my plan never really pushed through.

then came this new trainee we got to join our group, joseph. we were seatmates, we got close, and he became my sort of little brother. then came the time he would start teasing korn & i. being the bugal-bugalon that i am, naki join nalang ko sa sungog, so go.

our group would always go to alegria, and stay @ gli's (our then sv, now manager [bangka oi!]). t'was my first time also to go to kawasan falls

so unsay konek? well with all the teasings and all, i never really thought it was serious. it was only at the source of the kawasan falls that i kinda realized. we were at the topmost part of the source, where the current was super duper strong. mapalid ko girl. then he was there holding me, para dli ko mapalid. it was ok at first but it felt weird after a while coz he won't let go. [ma, pa, hi!]

so there that was when i felt weird. so i stood up nlng and walked farther a little. hahahahha oa!

when we went back to gli's, sir dong was busy tinkering with his mac book and he wouldn't show it to us. at the end of the night, he showed us a slide show. filled with pictures showing us both like there's something going on. hahahha didto ra jud ko ka realize. ay noh!? hahahhah

when we came back to the office that monday, before he went home, he asked me if we could chat later that night, looking serious. of course i said yes, i mean hey what could we talk about that might be bad right? but something told me it was of a serious one :D

we chatted :) hahahahah

then i guess maybe weeks after that, he had to go to japan for a business trip for about 3 wks i guess. we got alot closer while he was in japan. i think we chatted everyday? ba?

maybe a week after he came home, kami na. hahahah nka realize sad mi nga MU diay mi atuuna as in atuuna bwahahhaha ka oa!

unfortunately, weeks after he came back, it was my turn to go to japan for 3 months this time. at least there's the internet... :D

then the time came that i had to transfer to another group, then now i'm in a new company. but still going strong... :)

...and now we're getting married!
