Our wedding ceremony will be held at All Saints Chapel. I absolutely love this place! I would like the line the aisle with rose petals and maybe some candles. I may put pomanders on some of the chairs but it really doesn't need any more than that. It's naturally beautiful.

I can't remember where I first heard about this but I am so in love with it! I'm not 100% sure we will do this at our ceremony. If we don't we will do it either at the rehersal dinner or the reception. Before the wedding FI and I will write a letter to each other expressing our feelings for each other and why we fell in love. The letters will be sealed and added to the wooden box along with a bottle of wine & 2 wine glasses. I think the box is usually nailed shut but I prefer to put a lock on it so we don't ruin it when we open it. It will also be a lot quieter than nailing it. I want to get one of those combination locks where you set your own combo so we can use our wedding date. We get to open it on our 25th wedding anniversary. If there comes a time in our marriage where we are just ready to give up we are to open the box, drink the wine and read the letters before making any ridiculous decisions.

My dad will build the box for us and we may add a few pictures or something to make it more personal, sort of like a time capsule. We will have it on display in our house until we can open it. I would like to incorporate this quote somehow:
