Our Wedding

The bride has been born in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. After that she has lived with her parents in a few other cities. Eventually, she has ended up in Plovdiv again. She has graduated from the English Language School in Plovdiv and the American University in Bulgaria in Blagoevgrad. Most of you know that the groom's hometown is Blagoevgrad, but surprizingly enough we did not know each other when we were both there. After college, the bride lived and worked for a few years in Sofia together with her closest friends. I can tell you those years of her life were really a lot of fun. Eventualy, the bride came to Boston in 2005 and a year and a half later she met the groom. I would not go into any details about ex-boyfriends, bacause everyone knows you need to go over a bunch of losers until you find the one:) Please, don't forget to check out our picture gallery.

The groom has been born in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria.He has been really cute baby boy, now a handsome man.He has graduated the Mathematics High School in Blagoevgrad and the prestigious South-western University.He was supposed to become a teacher but that never happened.Because he didn`t meet the bride during her stay in Blagoevgrad, he chased her here. 

We first met at the groom's 2006 birthday party. However, that night the groom was kind of wasted and did not really noticed the bride. On the other hand, the bride did not really know whose birthday it was. In a few weeks the bride and one of her roommates met the groom outside a restaurant. The groom asked for the bride's phone number which she refused to offer. The same night we all went to Gypsy bar and the bride was hit on by a couple of lesbians. The groom turned out to be the knight who saved her. He also tried to get her drunk, all with noble intentions. She was a designated driver though. She also turned down his invitation for an after party - Everett location. After that they did not see each other for quite some time but here came into the picture our good friend Mr. Plamen Georgiev (he is also listed in our 'Thank Yous' page). He went out of his way to make us become a couple and if it was not for him, you would not be reading now our wedding site. So, once again, we would like to thank him.
