Use My Vendors

This section lets you keep track of all of your vendors. If you already have a vendor you can save their contact details as a handy reference. If you need to look for a vendor you can search our directory of thousands to find exactly what you're looking for.

The vendors page is split into 3 main sections. Look at Figure 1. for more clarification.

Your vendor selections

A list of all the vendors you will eventually need. If you are still looking for a vendor you'll see how many you are currently considering next to the selection name. If you've booked a vendor you'll see a * next to the selection name. To look for vendors in another selection click on the tab you'd like to go to.

Your vendor list

he vendors you are considering in the current selection. This can be a mix of vendors you've added yourself and ones from our directory. For each vendor you can set a status (eg. not a good fit, in discussions), fill in pricing, notes and any other information you might want to record. Once you've gathered all the necessary data click to book button to confirm your pick.

The vendor search area

If you need to find vendors in your area, use the vendor search area to specify your location and the category you'd like to browse. Hit the 'Save' button to add a vendor to your vendor list. Click on the url if you would like to browse the vendors website to learn more, you can still save the vendor to your list using the 'Save' function in the top bar, or make notes and comments if you have already saved the vendor to your list (see figure 2).
