Send Yourself Reminders

You can send yourself email reminders in 2 cases, when a task due date is approaching and when a budget payment due date is approaching. Both the task and budget payment interfaces have reminder icons which can be toggled to send you reminders. Please note that you can only set a reminder for a budget payment once your have specified the due date.

Inactive reminder icon - click to activate and send a reminder email.

Active reminder icon - click to deactivate and cancel the reminder email.

Who will the reminders be sent to?

Any reminder emails will be sent to all of the event organizers.

Controlling when the emails will be sent

You can specify the reminder lead time, how many days before the due date the email will be sent, by going to "My Planning" -> "Settings".
