Email Guests

To start emailing your guests click on 'Email Guests' under the 'Planning' menu.

All emails are in relation to one our your events, and for each email you can only send it to people who have been invited to that event.

Creating an email is a simple 4 step process. We have a range of designer themes you can use in your email. You can also customize the font styles and colors to your liking.

In each email you can optionally add a link to your wedding website (if you have created one) and a link to an online RSVP page. If you include an online RSVP link, any recipient of the email will receive the personal RSVP link for their party. The RSVP link will let them reply for any event they have been invited to. For example, suppose John & Marlene Smith are both invited to the reception, and Marlene is also invited to the Shower. If you send an email to both of them they will both receive a link to their RSVP page which will allow both of them to reply to teh reception, and also allow Marlene to reply for the Shower.

You can save an email as a draft so you can work on it over time
