Find and Manage Vendors

The My Vendors section lets easily find, and compare vendors. Just click on the 'My Vendors' menu option and you will be taken to a page (shown below) where you will see all of vendors that have you've saved, added, or that have been matched to your criteria in reponse to a QuickQuote. If you want to only show vendors you've saved that are in a certain category (eg photography) then use the drop down selection at the top of your saved vendors list.

There is also a search bar along the top where you can find more vendors. Whenever you are browsing vendors you will always see a 'Save' link in the bottom right of the vendor summary. Just click on that to save them to your list.

Quick Quotes

For certain vendor types you can submit a QuickQuote. This helps save you time but letting us do some of the work for you. Just tell us some of your event details and we'll match you with vendors that fit your criteria. (eg - they are available on your date). Matched vendors will contact you through your the email address you supply in the QuickQuote form.

Vendor Notes

For each type of vendor you can record a private rating, record quote information, and make notes. You will see this information on you 'My Vendors' page and also when you are browsing the vendor directory.
