Manage Guests

To start managing your guests click on 'Guest Manager' under the 'Planning' menu.

On the left side of the page you will see your Guest List. Your Guest List is made up of parties. Think of a party as a group of people who would be on the same invite. eg: John and Marlene Smith would be the 'Smith' party of 2.

Your events are shown on the right side of your 'Guest Manager' and can be used to track invites, RSVPs, and gifts. You can create new events, such as 'Shower', 'Rehearsal Dinner', etc.

Click on the 'Manage Invites and RSVPs' for an event to define which of the guests in your guest list are invited to that event. You can also track RSVP responses and define questions (such as meal choice) on this page.
