Track RSVPs

You can use the 'Guest Manager' to track your guests regardless of how you intended to send invites and collect RSVP.

Paper invites and paper RSVPs: use the 'Guest Manager' to update responses you receive from your guests through the mail. Just click on 'Manage Invites and RSVPs' to see a full list of the guests for the event.

Paper invites and online RSVP: You can add an RSVP element to your website. The online RSVP itself has a number of options.

Allow RSVPs by:

  • Anyone: Anyone viewing your website can RSVP and decide how many guests they will be bringing with them. This is the easiest option as it does not require you to enter guests in advance into the Guest Manager. All guests will be able to RSVP for all Events (Wedding, Shower, etc) that you have defined in your Guest Manager.
  • Invite Only: Only people who you have added via the Guest Manager can RSVP. You must add them to your Guest List and invite them to your events before they can RSVP. This allows you to invite different subsets of guests to different events (Wedding, Shower, etc). This option gives you the most control. Invited guests can RSVP based on their Invite Code or Last Name (based on the option below).

A guest can access their RSVP in one of 2 ways. (This includes accessing an Invite Only RSVP, or updating a previous 'Anyone' RSVP)

  • Last Name: Guests will be asked to enter their last name and then be taken to their RSVP if a match is found. We match either their party name or the last name of any of the guests in a party. If multiple guests share a last name they will be ask to select based on the first names.
  • Invite Code: Guests can only RSVP if they have their Invite Code. A unique Invite Code is generated automatically for each party. You can include these in your paper invites, or email them to your guests. This is the most secure option.

    • E-invites and online RSVP: You can use our 'email guests' system to send emails to your guests. For each email, you can optionally include a personal RSVP link with will take a party to their RSVP page.
