The Wedding Was Everything We Planned and More

What a glorious day Peter and Amy had celebrating with all their family and friends. They left this morning for 9 days in Jamaica but will post pictures and stories when they return. Thank you from Jim and me for coming and being part of the weekend. It meant so much to us for you to be there .

I don't think I could change one thing about the wedding Everything went as planned and some things even went better than planned.....like the cake !!!! Not only was it absolutely beautiful but it was so delicious. Honestly, as big as it was, there was only a piece left that might serve 12.

The honeymoon suite at The Sanctuary , Kiawah was everything they expected and more. God has been so good to our family. All the praise and glory go to Him . The weekend was topped off with the best icing as we worshipped at Calvary with our church family in a moving service of celebration for the Risen Lord.

Got an email from Jamaica....they are having a blast and the resort in Sans Souci Jamaica is incredible. Watch for photos !

Well, we are down to the little details now. Peter is spoiling our daughter these days . He will have to live with her after all this so I cannot stop him. Amy and I have enjoyed planning this big day. I think it is just going to be beautiful and romantic. We cannot wait to spend the evening with all of our family and friends. We are blessed. Peter, you are fulfilling all of Amy's wildest dreams and hopes and wishes and prayers. We love you both and also are so excited to be gaining Britton for a grandson.

Amy and Peter, well it's here! All the years of waiting for the "one" to come along. You make a beautiful couple. Britton is a beautiful boy, I really can't tell you how happy I am for you.
