The Hampton Inn in North Charleston has many rooms available for the wedding weekend. April is very busy in Charleston so if you need a hotel, call soon. Hampton Inn is less than 4 miles from the reception site. It is a fairly new hotel and is near the airport and the Tanger Outlet Mall.

It is truly impossible to predict the weather in Charleston. April could be warm and sunny and filled with flowers in bloom or it could be cool and windy or rainy and chilly.  We will post a weather prediction here the week before the wedding and then keep you posted daily. A light wrap is always good in Charleston because even when it is warm, air conditioners make a wrap a welcome item.

Charleston is a beautiful city. You may want to combine your visit for the wedding with a vacation. April is one of the most beautiful months to be in Charleston. The gardens are in full bloom and even the air smells good. There are many wonderful restaurants to try. You can stroll through the historic market area or take a carriage ride and learn some history. There are historic houses on tour and scenic boat excursions.  The area beaches are a great place to relax.
