The Wedding Plans for Peter Plott and Amy Roberts

There are not enough words to say thank you to everyone who made Amy's day so special.

Thank you Peter for loving our girl so much and being such a wonderful groom and son... we feel so blessed to have you in our family !

Thank you Amy, for allowing me to be such a big part of all the plans and events. I loved every minute of planning all of this with you. You are a dream daughter and I love you. 

Paula McCrann and the staff at The Redbank Club did a wonderful job helping us create Amy's vision for her reception.

The Florist, Nancy McKee listened carefully to Amy's desires and created perfect arrangements and bouquets to give the church and reception that special wedding feeling.

Allison Turner !!! What can we say? You were a key element in keeping the wedding on track and making sure all the details took place. You went over and beyond the wedding directors job description . We can never thank you enough !

Donald Spann ... the perennial director of all important events in our lives !!! thank you ! You worked the whole time you were there making sure the DJ did the right thing at the right time and making sure the bride was happy with all the plans ! You are family and we love you !

Thank you friends and family for coming out to celebrate with all of us and making the day a dream come true for Amy and Peter. Without you , it would have been hard to have the celebration they wanted for this big day in their lives. It is family and friends that are the most important part of any big day !

Thank you to my wonderful husband, Jim. He never once asked for the  price tag or made any reference to the wedding that was anything but supportive and full of love. His provision and support made it all possible. What a wonderful father and husband he has been for over 35 years. There is no duplicate for him in the world.

Most of all, thank you to our Lord and Savior , Jesus Christ, who brought Amy and Peter together to begin with and who makes all things beautiful , in His Time.

It's Time for Tea!!! Thank you Aunt Mar, Leslie, and Stacy (and Uncle Fred) for such an elegant afternoon!

Peter and I had so much fun on Sunday! We just we wish we had had more time to see each of you one on one. We are looking forward to the rest of our engagement and oportunities to spend time with each of you!

It was so creative the way Bethany and Sarah pulled off the Entertainer's Shower. They had Horseshoes and gmae stations and a spread that was fit for entertaining the King of England... :) Everyone who came was so gracious and Peter and I are excited about entertaining each of you in our home after the honeymoon! Thank you for hosting, Sarah and Bethany, for helping, Hannah and Eddie, and for coming to everyone who spent time celebrating with us on Saturday! 

Lora and Jessica threw a beautiful shower with an Around the House theme. The food was delicious and the games were fun. I unfortunately do not know Peter as well as I thought I did, but no one seemed to think we shouldn't go forward with the wedding due to not knowing his Gradfather's occupation ... :) Thank you, Lora and Jessica James, for hosting my family and friends for such a charming Sunday afternoon!

 Your home should be featured in Southern Living. I don't know that I have ever felt so pampered. This was an overwhelming honor for you to have a tea for me. Down to the last detail ... not a possibile thought was missing from the day's richness!!!! The tea was perfect and coming in to Uncle Fred finishing up the scones... just lets me know that this was a family affair and I am so blessed to call you just that... FAMILY! I love you ~
