Is the church wheelchair accessible?
Answer:
Yes, as is the reception at the Village Inn. At the church, there is a ramp in front of the building going up to the entrance. For the reception, you must enter through the lobby (which is where you would enter after valet parking), and there is an elevator that can take you up to the second floor ballroom.

Question:
What should I wear to the wedding?
Answer:
Our wedding will not be a black tie tux affair but it is also not casual. We want you to be comfortable and obviously consider the weather when dressing. The weather in RI in July is typically hot and humid, and our cocktail hour will be outdoors (if it does not rain), so please plan accordingly! No shorts or jeans please.

Are children invited to the wedding?
Answer:
We love children and have made every effort to allow everyone the ability to bring their children; however in order to keep our guest list at an appropriate number we had to restrict this to family. Please refer to your invitation for the exact names of people from your family who are invited. This is written on your inside envelope. PLEASE NOTE: There will be no babysitting service provided.

Can I bring a date?
Answer:
Please refer to your invitation's inner envelope for this information. Unfortunately, due to budget and capacity constraints, we do not have the luxury of allowing each guest to bring a date. However, we have made every attempt to allow as many of our guests as possible to bring their significant other. If you have any specific questions about your situation please contact Kevin or Melanie.

Where should I park?
Answer:
The church has a large parking lot that should accommodate all of our guests. At the reception, valet parking is required and is complimentary to all guests. Please tell the valet you are with the DiBiasio wedding. You must pull around to the FRONT of the Village Inn for valet parking. You will see an entrance to the lobby with a covered seating area outside the door if you are at the front.

Will there be meal options such as vegetarian or children's meals available? What if I have allergies?
Answer:
Yes. The Village Inn will provide children's meals as well as vegetarian or modified meals due to allergies. We request that you let us know of any dietary restrictions or children's meals that you will need in advance in the "Requests" section of this site. This way we will allow the Village Inn to prepare well in advance of the reception night. Please make sure that a waiter/waitress is aware of any dietary restrictions or children's meals you need before dinner is served that evening as well, to ensure that everyone gets a meal that they can enjoy!

Will there be an open bar?
Answer:
Beer, wine and soda will be served free of charge during both the cocktail hour and reception. However, if you prefer any alcoholic drink aside from beer and wine, please bring cash with you to pay for those beverages.
