In America, we are fortunate to be surrounded by such diversity of cultures, which offers us a vast array of cuisines to use in creating our menus. The food we prepare, like the country in which we live, becomes a study in holding extremes delicately in balance but always with the utmost respect for tradition, simplicity and fresh ingredients. We have adapted classic dishes to suit the needs of an increasingly health conscious clientele who seek a cuisine that is not too rich, yet still retains all of its essential elements of seasonings; it's soul.

We serve Organically grown food stuff, line caught fish, sustainable fish & shellfish- We serve local produce whenever possible & use cage free Chicken, Our meats are from Niemans Ranch preferably. We recycle at our shop and on site. Our partners are also green We are waiting for our " approved Green Status" from PG county.
