We hired Alamo Photographic to film our wedding back on Nov 13, 20010. We did not get our video until Aug 18,2011. When we did we were disgusted. The sound was terrible at best and missing during the most important parts. After watching the wedding video I was speechless! It was AWFUL!!! 'It wasn't edited at all!!!! You couldn't see anybody because it was so dark! HE COUGHED UP A LOOGIE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CHURCH PART!!!! The music didnt match at all!!! LET ME TELL YOU!!! Their was NO effect AT ALL "I swear"
We were extremely disappointed with our wedding video. In fact it is so bad that we have only watched it once. It look like it was done in the 90's nowhere close of how a wedding video looks now and days
I watch the raw footage which was a little better than the video! So I went to their office and sat down and talked to them like a normal humans even though I was mad and hurt by all this I explained to him what I thought about the video HE SAID NOTHING!!! BUT I"M SORRY THATS IT DIDNT EVEN LOOK AT THE VIDEO NOTHING he said: "Our ediitor is good" Then I said: Why would I be here if he was good?? he was speechless and I just walked out and on my way out he said I"M SORRY with a smirk on his face I was in shock the way he handled it no professionalism at ALL!
Since we paid a lot of money(2,500) to have this done I feel a partial refund or at least an explanation would have been acceptable.
P.S I took to a other videographer and they just laugh!!! and said WOW he got you!! Well going to other videographer that was happy to fix his mess!!!
