I couldn't agree more with the other people. He had my wife in tears on the wedding day. He only got a handful of pictures, which were okay. He held our pictures ransom from us and said if we didn't write him a letter saying that we would not post anything bad, but true, about him, he would not give us our pictures. Not ONLY that, he started to cry on the phone post wedding stating that he didn't feel appreciated at our wedding...purely a nut job. CAUTION PEOPLE! USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Don't say I didn't tell you so!

I agree with everyone of these. Not professional and rude. All of my guests were talking about it. He said he would do things and then didn't do them. He had way too many rules.I had my wedding planner talk to him about what I wanted and he yelled at her in front of everyone. Stay Away!

Mr. Charles is clearly mentally ill. His behavior is more then unprofessional, he is a sick individual who has no regard for the couples whom he is supposed to be working for. I hope he gets treatment soon.

Awful experience, he was very rude to people in the wedding party and the people at the venues. We have only a few pictures of my husband and I and 1 of the entire wedding party. We asked for certain pictures and he said he didn't have time to do that. Good quality, but the hassle is not worth it!!

He was not good to work with at all!!! He lost my bridal session pictures, promised post wedding pictures with my horse at an additional $50 and after the wedding said he never agreed to that (my mother was even there and heard him say this and then deny it), and it took everything to get my pictures after the wedding. I would avoid him. I have had several people use him, and everyone had the same experience. The pictures were good, but the professsionalism was not...
