Very good company to deal with, I have bought twice from this company, products are good quality, price is bit higher but I was not able to get same style locally,

I purchased two accent chairs from artefac websit in 05/2010. Each chair cost $598 and the chairs arrived on time but the fabric quality was poorly made with all sort of defects. I called artefact they agreed to replace one of the chairs and said that was the way the fabric was. The replaced chair is even worst than the one I returned. I had to keep these chairs because to return them I would lose $340 for shipping both ways. I hope to reupholster them one day. Don't believe what you see on their website. It is a diff story when you see their chairs in person. And don't believe the feedback they have. I don't think they are true.
