Bridal Bootcamp YMCA- Nashville 2012-03-20

Let's be honest, we all want to loose some pounds before the big day. With all the stress of the wedding details and busy schedules it can be hard to find time to make it to the gym.

Christin Frenzel is to the rescue! She is a certified personal trainer at the YMCA- Maryland Farms. She is starting a bridal bootcamp for all any bride wanting to get her bridal booty in shape!

The Details:
Where: Maryland Farms YMCA
When: Starts April 2nd- every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for 8 weeks. 6am-7am.
Cost: $250 for Y members and $300 for non members
