II am very disappointed with my experience with bachelorette.com. It has the worst customer service ever. The customer service person was very rude and I will never order anything from this company again. Buyers be aware. You won't get what you are promised by the website. I never received the FREE gifts that I was promised and the customer service guy told me he doesn't believe my words and told me I'm being ridiculou to call him about not getting my free gift. WTF

Worst experience ever! When my package did not arrive within the 6 to 8 business days. I called to see when it had shipped. I did not call upset at all, I know I was taking a risk with free shipping! Justin in customer service told me they could not say when the package shipped, just that it did. I paused to think about how he could know it shipped without knowing any details. Then his rant began about how I should have paid for better shipping if I wanted that kind of information and "I'm sorry if you missed the shipping information available on every page that says you can upgrade your shipping." I must have gotten him more fired up when I explained that I saw the options and chose the free because I was ok if it came on the last possible date but that I really just wanted to know when it shipped. Justin went back in to his treating me like a child and talking down to me.
I hung up and called back hoping to tell someone about the experience I just had and got Justin again! I asked for someone else and he said there is no one else and started actually yelling at me telling me "I was not listening to him" and then he hung up on me!!!
I know I shouldnt have but I called back one more time and hit record on my phone this time. I very calmly said "Justin I am recording this conversation and I would like to speak to your manager or the owner." He yelled again that he was the only one there. I told him I was calling the bbb and he said, "go head I already talk to them 3 times a week"

I am very disappointed with my experience with bachelorette.com.
I placed my order on a Tuesday (Oct. 5, 2010) and with 3-5 day shipping. I did not receive my package until Saturday the 16th. I called on Monday the 18th to ask for a refund in just my shipping since I received the package after the bach. party date. Tom who is the president as well as the only costumer service agent and what seems to be the only one working for the company was completely rude! He was not concerned with the goodwill he company has to offer, and not at all concerned with customer satisfaction. He not once tried to make it better but kept insisting that I was being irrational. I had alerted him to the fact that I had ordered something from a different company across country with standard shipping and received the package before I received his. I do not recommend ordering from this company unless you have 14 BUSINESS days to wait for the receipt of your product(s). The shipping rates are a complete scam and I am also reporting this company to
