Production company slated to bring a young, hip and fresh approach to bridal expo market
Bergenfield, N.J., August 1, 2008-Behind The Veil, LLC-a subsidiary of Marvel-Us Times Events is set to launch their premier bridal expo to be held at the DoubleTree Hotel in Fort Lee, N.J. Key Executive producers Monica Tolbert-Jackson and April Chapman are launching the expo in an effort to "breathe life" into a market that often lacks creativity and a young fresh approach. The expo is set for January 18, 2009 from 12:00 noon to 7:00 pm. "When I was looking for an expo to showcase the services of our parent company, Marvel-Us Times, I discovered that there were no expo's in our region that appealed to me," says Tolbert. "That's when I approached my business partner and said, hey, why don't we produce our own show!"
"Today's busy bride has extremely discriminating taste and they desire to have a wedding that is unlike their girlfriends," says Chapman. Behind The Veil has set itself apart by zeroing in on what brides really want. "Brides want to see the latest in fashion and creative presentation. For this reason we choose bridal service providers who bring fresh content, style and approaches in creating events that are unique. Our service providers are known to stand out among their peers" says Tolbert.
"Ultimately, our goal is to produce a show that is fun, exciting and beneficial. Our brides will leave the show having been educated and empowered to make informed decisions regarding one of the most important days of their lives. At the same time, we want to be sure that we sure that our commitment to the bridal service provider remains strong" indicates Tolbert.
Among the many bridal shows in the bridal expo market, Behind the Veil demonstrates their commitment to the success of the bridal service provider by offering a special business forum exclusive to Behind the Veil Exhibitors. "On the day of the expo, business consultants from various industry's will be on site offering business advice and solutions to enhance the success of our service provider" says Chapman. Time is set aside to allow the participating bridal service provider to re-evaluate all aspects of their business from their marketing plans to their risk managements needs. Guess Whose Coming to the Show???? 2008-08-28

BTV is pleased to announce that celebrity wedding planner Samantha Goldberg will be our special guest at the New Jersey show in January 2009. Samantha is best known for her appearances on "Whose Wedding is it Anyway" on the Style Network. Now in her fifth season as a wedding planner on the Style Network, Samantha has become a recognized expert and favorite on wedding reality TV. Samantha also hosts her own call-in radio talk show entitled, "It's Your Wedding," on the Wedding Podcast Network. The program airs at 9 p.m. on the first and third Wednesdays of every month and welcomes calls from bewildered brides and industry professionals, creating a fun and informative forum for wedding planning.
