Photography is my passion. I am fueled to do better at my art everyday. Photographing your wedding day, your child your family, your pet -your life- is so exciting to me. I love to capture every moment of what is taking place before my eyes. Every smile, every tear, every embrace-everything. I think it is all so beautiful.

Wedding festival 2009 2009-01-13

Another Bridal Show success! I have had a wonderful response from those of you that I met at the bridal show on Saturday. It was a great experience to design my 10'x10' space this time around. I had a lot of time to think about it! And I am very proud of how it turned out. I have a few photos here taken with a camera phone... so excuse the low quality but at least I have photos this time! Thanks for all of the brides interested in my photography services. I look forward to a busy season of photographing weddings!

Flower Power 2009-02-21

I have been thinking a lot about photographing flowers lately. A friend of mine gave me this orchid for Christmas and I got some beautiful photos of it today. I think photographing flowers is a good reason to buy flowers for your house, don't you? (more...)

Michigan Photos from the past 70 years! 2009-06-04

My family has been going up to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan since before my mother was born. I have scanned photos since the 1940s of our family up in Michigan. I am planning on creating a coffee table style book out of these photos plus others that I hope to be able to gather from the rest of the family. These primarily come from my mom and my own personal collection. I am really excited to create a book that the whole family can be a part of and own a copy for themselves. (more...)
