Photography began with me at age twelve when a neighborhood friend pricked my interest in photo lab by demonstrating how to develop black and white film.  My first “darkroom” was three of my mother’s Pyrex glass dishes, a broken window pane, a bare light bulb and essential Kodak chemistry.  My first photos appeared in the school newspaper and later in the Richardson Daily News.

Professionally, I began to shoot in 1995 and have never looked back.  I have shot a number of weddings, too many football and soccer games to count and have done commercial work for some of the big names, such as Sears.  Presently, I continue to update my skills and pursue continuing education through professional organizations such as Texas Professional Photographers Association, Professional Photographers of America and am a graduate of Texas School of Professional Photography, associated with Texas A&M University.
