Los Angeles wedding and portrait photographer Julie Hopkins' approach to creating wedding imagery is to combine the best elements of traditional wedding photography with that of photojournalism to produce an elegant editorial style. Her aim is to provide exceptional service without being too intrusive.

Camera Creations Photography is located in the heart of Hollywood in the historical Malaga Castle building.  Photographer, and owner of C.C., Julie Hopkins, specializes in wedding, portrait and event photography.  Julie’s background includes an international career as a professional ballet dancer, a B.A. degree from Loyola Marymount University (major in art history), a certificate in photography from Santa Monica College, and several years as a fine art gallery administrator.  She is a member of Le Tip International, the Association for Wedding Professionals International and the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce. Julie is published in Dance Magazine, Backstage and Point magazine. Her approach to photographing people is not only relaxed and friendly, but also highly influenced by her art filled background.  Julie is known for photographing weddings by meshing the traditional with photojournalism and including beautiful still life details of the event that often go unnoticed by the busy bride and family.
