Never rent a tux from them. If the wedding gets canceled and you want a refund it is a no go for getting your money back. Considering the large number of people who travel to Orlando for a wedding from out of town there should be a full refund policy on rental items with enough notice. Instead I am told that I can only receive half of my money back because they processed paperwork. I have never worn the tux, tried it on or have been fitted for anything. It is a nice racket where people who already are in a crappy place get screwed some more.
