Upon arrival, guests are greeted by towering Palmetto trees dotting the property’s entryway, as they take in breathtaking views of the tropical oasis that is the Charleston Harbor Resort & Marina.  As your day unfolds, we offer a wide range of unique settings to create the perfect storybook wedding.

Exchange vows on the Mariner’s Walk Pier or on the private white sands of the Harborside Beach, both overlooking the stunning Charleston Harbor and the historic skyline of downtown Charleston.  While the Harborside Beach can accommodate any number of guests for a ceremony and a reception, the Mariner’s Walk Pier is reserved for intimate ceremonies of up to 120 guests.  As the sun begins to set on your ceremony, your guests reconvene in our choice of reception spaces, while you take in the awe-inspiring views-providing your photographer with limitless opportunities.

Offering a 180-degree view of the Charleston Harbor and historic downtown Charleston, our Sunrise Terrace & Deck provides 2,000 square-feet of covered, open-air space.  This venue creates an alluring and distinctive atmosphere for any affair.  While fashioned to accommodate up to 200 guests for a seated reception or 300 guests for a standing cocktail reception, the deck may be used for additional seating or for a band and dancing.

For an indoor affair, the Atlantic Ballroom creates an intimate impression.  Opening up onto the Harbor Terrace and overlooking the pool and beach area, this 1500-square-foot setting can accommodate up to 80 guests for a seated reception or up to 150 guests for a standing cocktail receptions.

Exclusively nestled at the very edge of Southern charm and creative style, The Lookout at the Charleston Harbor Resort offers a personalized experience never to forget.  Our new, state of the art event space allows for the ability to host up to 350 guests for a seated meal or 1,000 for a standing reception.  Elegantly lit with your choice of colored lighting and ambient images, your guests will be able to enjoy an evening together while gazing across the Charleston Harbor to the lights of historic downtown.
