Vinh and Liz TruongCeremony:
St Mark's Square at The Venetian (LAS VEGAS)
Venue:
Pinot Brasserie at The Venetian
Las Vegas was hot, skin scorching hot: hotter than Texas! Can y’all believe that! Temperatures were in the triple digits, I asked myself how is this possible. Upon our arrival in Vegas, the temperature was 113 degrees and climbing. By the weekend the temperature escalated to self igniting 117 degrees. Las Vegas temperatures made Houston 90ish summer temperatures feel like breezy cool San Francisco.
Judging by the venues for this wedding, the Venetian and Tao, I could have easily predicted that this will be a wild one… Let me just simply say that this was not your ordinary bachelor/ bachelorette/ wedding weekend!!!
To the bride and groom and the bridal parties, my sincere apology. The pix you are about to view have been censored and controlled so that the non Vegas attendees, friends/families, will not be envious of the incredible rowdy time y’all had, and they missed. Posted below are some of the PG-rated pix of the event.

Wait, we have just been informed that there will be a second reception in Houston in October for those who couldn’t make it to Vegas in July, so check your mail and don’t forget to bring the
RED envelop.
For the Vegas party animals, it will be déjà vu all over!

Courtney and GregCeremony:
Faith Community Church (Woodland, TX)
Venue:
The Waterway Ballroom (Mariott Waterway Hotel)July 07, 2007 is one of the most sought after wedding date ever! We have been looking forward to shooting this wedding ever since Courtney & Greg booked with us a year ago.
This wedding was so beautiful. Everything seemed so perfect and complete. Greg looked so much like Prince William and actor Val Kilmer in his tux. Courtney was so regal and beautiful in her wedding gown. The bride and groom were just gorgeous which made our job so much easier. All eyes were on this gorgeous couple all night.
The fortunate newlywed was blessed to have such a big turn out at theirs ceremony. With so many wonderful family member and friends filling up the pews, it only confirmed the fact that Courtney and Greg were making the right decision. The ceremony was heartfelt. There were so many memorable moments in the ceremony. I really enjoyed the solo, “you’re where I belong”, and another one of my favourite was when Courtney’s niece delivered the scripture/excerpt reading.
The celebration was held at the Mariott Waterway ballroom in The Woodlands. The food and service were outstanding. As I navigated around the crowds documenting the reception, I noticed that all the guests were having a grand time. All the guests were so elegantly dressed, not to mention the big smiles everyone was wearing. Thumb up to the DJ because the dance floor was full of enthusiastic guests dancing and shaking all night long.
Once again, thank you for letting us be part of your wonderful and lucky day, Courtney and Greg. We hope you love these photos as much as we love clicking them. Here are some of our favourite pix….
Congratulation to
Courtney & Greg !!

Gloria and OscarCeremony:
Chapel of St. Basil, University of St. ThomasVenue:
S. P. Martel Hall (Houston, TX)
Can you think of a better way of celebrating Labor Day weekend? Well,Gloria and Oscar did! The couples were married this last Saturday. Think of it as the best Labor Day weekend party with everyone in attendance all gussy up. On this lovely sunny afternoon, Gloria and Oscar wedded at the Chapel of St. Basil. After the ceremony, we headed over to the reception hall a few short blocks down the street. With a live band and DJ putting out some great tunes, the reception was full of fun, dancing, and laughter. Things kinda got crazy when some of the male guests decided to play theirs version of "run around the rosy"....:). Oh, then next thing I saw was Oscar being tossed 8++ feet in the air!WOW!!and more WOW! Instinctively, my finger went Click!Click! I was able to capture this incredible human toss. (please see pix for this amazing arial throw!) I knew that we were gonna get some great candid shots of the event. Everyone and everything were so alived! I guessed this is what happened when your wedding day fall into Labor Day weekend, and all the guests are ready to break loose from the normal 9 to 5. It was a BLAST!!
Gloria and Oscar, congratulation and wishing you both eternal bliss from us here at Cherish Moments photography. Have fun time in Greece. (Billy & Vincent)

sept 17, 2007Deidre Morris FamilyLocation: Galveston Beach, TXWHAT A WONDERFUL WORLD (George Weiss / Bob Thiele)
I see trees of green, red roses too
I see them bloom for me and you
And I think to myself, what a wonderful world
I see skies of blue and clouds of white
The bright blessed day, the dark sacred night
And I think to myself, what a wonderful world
The colours of the rainbow, so pretty in the sky
Are also on the faces of people going by
I see friends shakin' hands, sayin' "How do you do?"
They're really saying "I love you"
I hear babies cryin', I watch them grow
They'll learn much more than I'll ever know
And I think to myself, what a wonderful world Yes,
I think to myself, what a wonderful world

Thank you Deidre for sharing your beautiful family with us at cherishmoments. I have a wonderful time shooting your family pixs!! (Billy)

Ampy Nicole & John GabrielCeremony:
St. Anthony's Catholic Church, Bryan TXVenue:
Grahams Night Club
This is Ampy and John story
How we meet….. It all started with a blind date that nor John or I knew about. I went to the bowling isle with my sister as John went to the same bowling isle with his brother. As we both thought we were just hanging out with our siblings. It was just all a rare coincidence because I was told John wanted to meet me and he was told I wanted to meet him all though we had no idea we were going up there to meet each other. But, when we were introduced to each other we hit it off instantly. We found an instant bond with each other. From that day on we grew to learn much about each other and found we had the same mutual friends and never knew it through the years. Over the next six years John and I grew close to each other and becoming to know one another by the many adventures and experiences we had together such as ATV rides, cruises, romantic dinners, and also being beside each other even on those rainy days.
The Proposal….. On September 11, 2006 (AKA Ampy’s 24th birthday), I woke up to John bringing me breakfast in bed with roses. After I got up and refreshed my self I was surprised with a stand up jewelry box waiting for me in the kitchen. As that wasn’t enough already we spent the whole day together laughing and having a grand time just hanging out in the Woodlands. During the day he took me to a spa to get my nails and pedicure done. We stopped at Potbelly’s to have lunch. For the rest of the day we strolled around Market Street enjoying the nice cool sunny weather. We came home and he had a formal black dress lying on the bed and said he would like to finish the great day by taking me to one more place. On the way to our destination he sang to me Billy Dean ‘If there hadn’t been you” a tear came running down my cheek knowing he meant every word that he sang. When we got to our destination he had rented to entire top floor of Jaspers Restaurant in the Woodlands and another rose waited for me with candle light which read, “Sweetie, may this be the best birthday ever.” I was speechless. I felt like a celebrity all the treatment I was given throughout the day. The head chef and the owner himself came out with desert after dinner and it was a platter that read Happy Birthday with Lots of Love, it had a sample of all the deserts with a martini glass in the middle which held a sparkling rock. I could not obtain myself and I went broke down in tears and trembling as he got on one knee and ask will you be my wife forever. Of course, I said yes. As I thought that was the end of the night we went to the Marriot in the woodlands as he had it all decked out with decorations: a dozen of roses, rose pedals ever were, champagne, chocolate cover strawberries, jelly beans that spelt out I Love You. What crossed my mind was, “how more passionate and romantic can one person get? I am the luckiest women in the world to deserve a man with so much love to give.” When we woke up the next day and came home he had one last surprise a year worth of bridal magazines. I don’t think I could have planned the most memorable wedding with out John in my life.

Congratulation to Mr & Mrs Ampy & John Gabriel!!
