Christine Petkov Photography

'Every event is different, every moment unique, and every photograph it's own.' Christine lives in Brookfield, Illinois (10 miles west of Chicago). She is a wife and mother of three young girls. Her photography career started in 1992 after graduating Columbia College Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts degree in photography. Her first experiences have been in commercial and food photography for print advertising and editorial trade publications. Christine continues to work as a commercial photographer in Chicago. Although her children and home life consume her, she still finds time to dedicate to her passion of portrait and event photography. Because of her love of children, and life, and her determination to find life's unexpected beauty, Christine brings a unique and very personal point of view to her work.
