I have never had better tasting wedding cakes than Collette's- I've recommended her to many friends who have chosen her to create their own cakes, and each and every one has been fresh, moist, and flavorful. For those who don't want straight up vanilla or chocolate, Collette offers many sophisticated combinations (cardamom scented cake with orange blossom buttercream, anyone?). I could not recommend Collette more strongly- she has the talent and artistry of the most renowned names in cake, but with the approachability and warmth you want in the chaos of your wedding planning. I would choose her again in a heartbeat.
