If you are planning a ceremony & reception in the East Bay, I hope you may consider Crow Canyon Country Club in Danville. This is an exciting time for you and your fiancé, and I'm sure you are evaluating many facilities. Below is some information regarding our facility, which may help you in your decision making:
Banquet Rooms: The Main Ballroom is a popular venue wedding celebrations of 100 to 300 guests. It’s a spacious room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking our beautiful golf course. This room has access to the deck and fireplaced lounge while also including a bandstand area, baby grand piano and a 24 x24 built in dancefloor. The Eugene O’Neil Room is an option for smaller celebrations of 50 to 80 guests. This room is an enchanting space with a lot of character with a grand wine cellar, fireplace and upright piano. This room is the member’s favorite, with views of the golf course, pool area and tennis courts. Ceremony Sites: We have the capacity to have an indoor ceremony in a private room or outdoor ceremonies. Outdoor ceremonies take place on the 1st Tee facing the fairway and are available for groups of 120+ and can take place on Saturday and Sunday evenings only. If you have a smaller group, from 20-100 guests we are able to have ceremonies on our golf deck, tennis deck or a private room with a view. Do you allow outside catering? What are our rates? Crow Canyon Country Club is a full service venue, which supplies the food and beverages for our events, and unfortunately we do not allow outside catering. We have two all-inclusive packages available on Friday evening, Saturday day and Sunday evening. Rates for Saturday evening are on an a la carte basis.
