II have worked with Cyd on a couple of large events and some weddings I have always found him to be professional and able to work under extreme conditions.

for the rehearsal dinner Cyd booked both and they were great.
Cyd played my reception was a blast and most of my guests danced even the ones that never DANCE. A long with other weddings I have booked with him I have never had any trouble everything went well. I will continue to work with him for a long time. If you can book him you should!

My husband and I chose Cyd Scott to DJ our wedding after talking with numerous DJs in the area. We were assured that our event would be customized to our liking and that he was a "sound technician"- meaning he knew how to make the qualitity of sound in the room clearer throughout the night. Cyd Scott was the most expensive DJ and we were VERY dissappointed. The sound was horrible throughout the evening...we had MANY guest complaints and the list of songs that I spent days compiling and researching that we wanted played-wasn't even played. I tried contacting Cyd after our event to express my concerns about my wedding day with him-but he will not respond back. I would not reccomend this vendor. Save your money and go with a different DJ.
