Cynthia Newmark is an award winning photojournalist who combines the best of traditional wedding and family photography with artistic photojournalism. As a professional news photographer with over 18 years experience I have captured memories for the world, from shuttle launches to US Presidents, and "Masters" golf tournaments to family legacies, such as weddings, bar mitzvahs, reunions, births, and family portraits. Cynthia feels at home capturing real moments as they happen and together with you she will create a collection of memories rich in warmth and spirit you will treasure forever.

My background in photography is solely rooted in photojournalism. After 17 years working as a photojournalist at newspapers around the country, I have experienced just about every situation a photographer could possibly encounter. My work didn't lead me to exotic countries or celebrity soirees. Instead, I have been fortunate to capture the spirit and stories of everyday people in the communities in which I live and work. My photography is from the heart.

My passions for photography and people are undeniably the perfect combination of qualities when choosing a photographer. I use imagination to create a distinctive style of wedding photography that is best described as fresh, innovative and contemporary. My outgoing personality helps to bring out the best in the happy couple to ensure lots of fun, a great wedding day and, of course, a wedding album that you both will be proud to display. She was incredible. She is so focused and passionate about her work it made the day flow effortlessly. We received the most amazing images to remember and we really can’t say enough wonderful things about Cynthia. She is professional, prompt, courteous, creative, and patient; she is the energizer bunny and wants to keep going but very respectful. We love her. She is completely different when she works (professional and organized) than when you meet her (hard to describe) and this is what you need to look at is the day and the finished results… AWESOME Love Cynthia Newmark.,……
