David did a fantastic job leading up to the wedding, and on the day itself. After that straight downhill, it was like we didn't exist anymore. It's been almost 2 years since we were married and still no album, and he refuses to answer any emails or calls. The customer service is by far the worst I've ever seen, I would highly, HIGHLY recommend against ever going with David.

David did a great job on taking the photos of our wedding. But that's where it stops!!!! He took absolutely FOREVER to get the photos back to us!!! There have been repeated phone calls and emails. It took a year and a half just to get our parent albums. And it has been 2 1/2 years, and we still haven't got our album yet!! Highly dissatisfied!!!!
