When we found Deer Ridge, we thought it would be the perfect place to have our wedding we stayed in contact with Danielle for months she was great attentive, flexible and willing to do any and everything necessary to make sure that we would see why Deer Ridge was the place for us.

When it came time to place the deposit, to our surprise Danielle was no longer there and Shawn had taken her place. This wasnt an issue how ever the level of customer service and response we received were the issue. I received a response to my emails I previously sent 10 days later stating that Danielle was no longer with them and he had taken over which made me feel a little better about not receving a response like out usualyy 24-48 hr responses. I replied to Shawn email, again trying to smooth out a few things as well as bring in the deposit and here it is a week and a half later and still no response. This does not make me comfortable with them being our wedding venue if we are not receiveing communication. If we cant receive a response in regards to a deposit when it gets closer to the wedding how will it be then?

The venue it self is gorgeous and the are not too expensive but if you want to feel comfortable with the service and comfortable knowing that your wedding will go the way you planned Deer Ridge is not the place unless the hire some one new or bring Danielle back. I am not happy about Shawn at all.
