Eco Caters serves only Local Organic Cuisine. Our entire company is based around a sustainable lifestyle. We only do "green events. Our food is delivered by high MPG vehicles (prius) and we by our carbon offsets if we need to. We also only use biodegradable products including flatware, plateware, and even garbage bags.
