Hello Clients and Faithful Followers,

I know this will come as a shock to most, but it is with much joy that I announce that we will no longer be serving weddings and portrait needs. We know this may sadden many people that we have come to know over the past 5+ years we have been in business. We have had so much fun witnessing the joining of lives, watching babies grow, and capturing the souls of every person we served, but it is now time for us to use our talents to bless others rather than a money making venture. I know that statement will be confusing for some, but I feel that God is leading us down a path that may possibly include photography, but does not include photography as a for-profit business and I am excited and enthusiastic for this new adventure. God has blessed me with a wonderful opportunity to give back, and I am following His call. I value all of the friendships that I have made and hope to keep in touch with everyone that has touched my heart. In the same token, I hope that in some way, we have touched each and every one of you. We appreciate all of your love and support over the past several years.

Palm Beach Gardens Newborn Photography: Baby Anthony 2011-10-27

When Tony and Quynh-Nhu announced that they were going to have another baby I was giddy with excitement!  Their oldest daughter Sydney is beyond adorable, so I knew baby Anthony was going to be a doll!

Tony and Quynh-Nhu, I am blessed to know you!  The tears of joy on your faces when you saw your images for the first time touched my heart and made realize how important it is to preserve these memories forever.  Thank you for allowing me the honor to come into your home and photograph your little one!

Port Saint Lucie Corporate Headshots: Dare to Be Real 2011-09-01

When Wanda from Golden Age Living said she needed a corporate headshot, I knew boring was not what she wanted.  If you’ve ever met Wanda, boring is the last word you would ever use to describe her.   Originally, Wanda wanted something professional looking but still wanted to be real to herself.  She said she wanted some traditional studio shots but wanted to be relaxed at the same.  So we did the most practical thing… We did half her session in studio and the other half on location!

Which location is your favorite??

I should also mention… doesn’t Wanda’s makeup look AMAZING!!!  She stopped by to see Pamela Bennett with SeneGence before her session to have her makeup professionally done.  And the best thing about it was that SeneGence makeup doesn’t come off!  So despite the fact that Florida is HOT, her make up stayed perfectly in place the entire session!

Senior Portrait Photography: Class of 2012: Kelly 2011-08-19

When I found out Kelly wanted to do her senior portraits with me, I had two very strong emotions. The first was pure excitement. Kelly had a long list of ideas and props she wanted to use in her session, so I knew photographing her was going to be a blast. Then a wave of anxiety came over me when I realized that I could never appear “cool” to a 17 year old senior in high school. Truth be told, I have a hard enough time being cool to someone my own age. When I met Kelly for the first time, all my fears and anxiety melted away. You can tell when you first meet this girl that she is a sweetheart. Her smile warms your heart and make you wonder why you were so nervous in the first place.

Kelly wanted to have her session in Sugar Sand Park in Boca Raton. With the combination of the carousel and the nature trails, there was an abundance of creative places to shoot. It wasn’t a surprise that this session turned out to be one of my favorites.

Wedding Trends: Mismatched Bridesmaids 2011-03-03

OK, this has got to be one of my favorite wedding trends right now.  Have you ever been a bridesmaid?  Come on ladies!  I think the movie 27 Dresses touches on this better than anything.  You end up with a dress that is SO unflattering for your body type that you absolutely hate and end up being self-conscious the entire night.  I mean come on, I know as a bridesmaid, the day is not about you, but I would rather not have to think about how I look semi-pregnant in the dress my best friend picked out.  Lucky for a lot of bridesmaids out there, the going trend right now is to let the bridesmaid pick out her dress for the wedding.  Since all maids end up being in the same color, the bridal party is still somewhat matching, but each individual gets a dress that better fits their body (and also possibly their budget!)

And did I mention this looks oh-so-spectacular??  One of my past brides did this, and I thought her party look fab!

This is a trend we are doing at our wedding!  And my bridesmaids love me for it!
